One hundred years ago, Harry Olmsted and Myron Kirk resolved to provide their customers with nothing less than the very finest in printing papers. Today, we still dedicate ourselves to the rigorous standards of quality and service set before us over a century ago by our founders Olmsted and Kirk.
In 1922, Harry Olmsted and Myron Kirk acquired a Dallas paper distributorship chartered in 1905, organized Olmsted-Kirk Paper Company and set out to become a premier source of quality paper.
Much has changed in the ensuing years. Our first 12,000-square-foot operation has expanded to include extensive warehouse facilities in major markets throughout Texas. Hand-tallied ledgers have given way to sophisticated computerized ordering and inventory systems. Our initial staff of 20 has grown to a team of professionals numbering several hundred. However, our original commitment remains unchanged. It is a commitment to the many diverse businesses we serve: to deliver premier papers in every category they require. That single commitment has led to a product line of exceptional scope, and quality.
